The holiday lights display is not city-sanctioned; however, a traffic management plan was established to reduce traffic congestion and provide access for public safety. The annual holiday lights display is NOT a city-sponsored or city-sanctioned event and the City has no role in coordinating or planning the displays, including when the lights are turned on/off.
